What is EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme)?
Your investment is EIS eligible, meaning you can claim back 30% of your investment via income tax relief. This is a great benefit for UK taxpayers and more information is available here.
What is the share price and valuation?
The share price and valuation will be detailed on the Crowdcube pitch page. You’ll invest at the same terms and price as our lead investors.
What is priority access?
Priority access allows you to invest in Prime Time before our campaign opens to Crowdcube’s wider audience. It’s our way of giving our loyal customers and supporters the first opportunity to become co-owners.

Who can invest?
Anyone over 18 can invest through Crowdcube, except residents of the US, Canada, Japan, and certain other countries due to local regulations. Crowdcube is accessible in over 180 countries.
Are there rewards?
Yes! In addition to owning EIS-eligible shares, we’re offering exclusive investor rewards. From an invite to our inaugural hops and stocks summit, to a branded Prime Time fridge that's stocked full of Prime Time. How do I make a return?
While investing in startups is high-risk, there are several ways you might see a return. Our focus is on growth, so short-term profits will be reinvested. Long-term, returns could come from a public offering, a buyback of equity, or other liquidity events. However, there’s always a risk of losing your investment.
